Bruderhilfe has renovated and fully restocked the Ejio Primary Health Centre in Ewekoro Local Government Area of Ogun State, providing essential medical equipment and supplies including hospital beds, birthing kits, medicines, and other critical consumables to improve service delivery and maternal care.
The organization has also conducted medical outreaches in over 50 rural, remote, and hard-to-reach communities across Nigeria, reaching approximately 100,000 people with basic health checks, health education, and the distribution of vitamin supplements, anti-malaria and deworming drugs, treated mosquito nets, maternity kits, and other essential medical supplies.
Bruderhilfe partners with donor agencies, government institutions, and local and international organizations—including MedShare Inc.—to strengthen health systems across Nigeria through the distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
Between 2018 and 2020, the organization facilitated the distribution of 7 containers of donated medical equipment and supplies to hospitals and primary healthcare facilities across more than six states, including Borno, Bauchi, Sokoto, Katsina, Ogun, Oyo, and Lagos. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Bruderhilfe also carried out sensitization campaigns and palliative distributions in Lagos, Oyo, and Bauchi States, reaching over 300 community members.
