Project Karakata is our socio-economic empowerment initiative designed to break the cycle of poverty for rural women. We believe that a woman equipped with skills, financial knowledge, and seed capital becomes a catalyst for community-wide transformation. This project provides comprehensive support including training, seed grants, and revolving loan schemes for sustainable income generation.

Impact Across States:
Ogun State:

Empowered 50 women in Kemba village, Ogun State with financial literacy and agricultural practices training

Provided seed grants and established a revolving loan scheme for the community
Niger State:

Provided training and start-up capital to 20 women from Kwane-Makeri village in Agwara local government area
Katsina State:

Supported 5 women in Dutsi and Kusada LGAs with vocational skills training and start-up capital

Provided scholarships, feeding, and clothing support to their 35 children
